Weightless (Video, 15min, IP)
“My body floats, completely unburdened by gravity or the past. I’m weightless. I’m weightless. I’m weightless.”
A recent medical diagnosis functions as an informational force, offering me an opportunity to be in conversation with a traumatic past. As I travel between 2025 and 2011, parts of myself stuck in time reveal their memories, and I begin the process of listening to the past and healing from abuse. Weightless is an experiment in emotional and physical gravity; in how the body holds the weight of experiences, and the relief of releasing embodied shame.
